Music8 for music education providers
Put your organisation, courses and opportunities in front of the right music audiences
Music8 helps music education providers of every kind, from music schools and conservatoires to online learning and qualification providers, build a stronger digital presence across MUSIC:ED and the wider Music8 ecosystem, with organisation profiles, searchable course and programme listings, events, editorial opportunities and central content management through Music8 Console.
One organisation. One Console. Multiple ways to be discovered.
Music8 is not a standalone advert. It connects institutional presence, structured listings, editorial and audience discovery in one place, so that the information you maintain about your organisation works across the contexts where people are actively searching for music education.
- 01
Organisation profile
An enhanced institutional profile presenting your organisation, teaching offer, specialisms, locations, term structure and the key information prospective students, parents and partners look for.
- 02
Courses and programmes
Searchable individual listings for instrumental tuition, theory, composition, teacher training, CPD, early years, adult learning, online learning, qualifications, diplomas, masterclasses, summer schools and other structured programmes. This content type is being introduced now.
- 03
Events and opportunities
Concerts, open days, workshops, masterclasses, recruitment events, jobs, scholarships and other relevant opportunities, published to audiences already looking for them.
- 04
Editorial
News, interviews and case studies where there is a genuine editorial story to tell about your teaching, your students or the work of your organisation.
- 05
Music8 Console
Central content management. Authorised staff will be able to manage organisation information and relevant content from one place, rather than repeatedly emailing updates to Music8. Console also provides analytics so you can understand views, engagement and click-throughs.
- 06
Audience development
An evolving benefit as Music8 user accounts and follow and save functionality come online, helping schools and providers build lasting connections with students, parents, teachers, alumni and prospective learners.
Reach through the Music8 ecosystem
MUSIC:ED is the principal Music8 platform for music education discovery, and it is where most school and course-provider profiles, listings and opportunities will be seen. Other Music8 platforms can extend that reach where the subject matter is relevant.
CHORALLY is particularly relevant for organisations with choral, singing, conducting or vocal programmes, where a specialist audience of singers, directors and choral educators is already engaged.
Music8 is also building institutional partnerships internationally, including a strategic partnership with AAPPAC, the Association of Asia Pacific Performing Arts Centres. This creates wider institutional reach and connections. It is not a guaranteed sales channel, and we describe it in those terms deliberately.
A better way to publish
Publish once. Reach the relevant Music8 audiences.
Content is maintained once and published where it belongs. Different content types reach different audiences, so publication is always matched to relevance rather than pushed everywhere automatically.
- Step 1
Create or update
Add your organisation information, a course or programme, an event or an opportunity.
- Step 2
Manage centrally
Keep everything current in Music8 Console, with one authoritative record for your organisation.
- Step 3
Publish and measure
Publish to the relevant Music8 audiences and review performance through Console analytics.

Subscriptions, managed services & bespoke collaborations
Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide profile access, tools or self-service publishing. With Music8 Partner, your authorised team posts its own routine content; Music8 provides the publishing framework and partner support.
Managed services
Managed services mean Music8 carries out agreed work: story planning, interviews and writing, publishing support, priority campaign coordination and reporting within your programme’s scope and allowances.
Bespoke collaborations
Bespoke collaborations may include regional hubs, sector development, onboarding networks and international introductions or representation. Contributions, responsibilities, intended outcomes and scope are agreed separately; these activities are not automatically included in standard annual packages.
One relationship covers the relevant Music8 platforms, selected by editorial relevance and platform fit; no separate subscription is needed for each platform. Directory covers one principal platform.
Reciprocal arrangements may be agreed individually around defined contributions and outcomes.
