Music8 products and partnerships
Membership, Pro & Partnerships
Basic presence on Music8 is free for relevant organisations, choirs and professionals. Paid products add publishing services, enhanced presence, management tools, websites and ongoing partnership.
Four routes: create or claim your presence, publish an event or opportunity, advertise a job, or build an ongoing relationship with Music8 — all built on one connected ecosystem, managed once through Music8 Console.

Job listing
£120
A single vacancy or appointment, published and managed by Music8.
Event, course or opportunity listing
£150
Where an organisation commissions Music8 to publish and manage a specific listing.
The £150 rate applies when an organisation asks Music8 to publish and manage a specific listing. It is not a judgement about the nature of the opportunity: free editorial inclusion can still apply where an item strengthens the usefulness of a Music8 platform.
Basic presence is free for relevant organisations, choirs and professionals, and relevant basic events and opportunities may also be included at no charge, because Music8 aims to provide useful and comprehensive sector information. Paid products add publishing services, enhanced presence, management tools, websites or an ongoing commercial relationship.

One account. One record. Multiple Music8 platforms.

Where relevant · Permissioned · Subject to editorial controls
- One connected account
- A single Music8 account can provide access to the relevant Music8 platforms through one login.
- Manage once
- Core profile and organisation information is managed centrally in Music8 Console, rather than re-entered separately for each platform.
- Publish where relevant
- Events, opportunities, courses, articles and organisation information can be distributed to more than one Music8 platform where the subject matter and permissions make that appropriate.
- Reach specialist audiences
- Each Music8 platform reaches a different specialist community, so one organisation can reach music education, choral, arts and other audiences without rebuilding its presence each time.
- Stay consistent
- Updates made centrally can flow through to the relevant Music8 presence, reducing duplicated administration and inconsistency.
- Joined-up insight
- As analytics and audience tools are expanded, the aim is a single view of performance and engagement across the ecosystem.
Access to the ecosystem and editorial publication are two different things. Membership of a Music8 product does not give unrestricted publishing rights across every platform, and nothing is published automatically everywhere. Cross-platform publishing happens where the subject matter is relevant, under the permissions you set and the normal editorial and workflow controls of each platform.
You can read how accounts, entities and permissions work in detail on the Music8 accounts page.
How it works
- 01
Choose the product or relationship that fits your needs.
- 02
Manage your profile, organisations, teams, listings and tools in Music8 Console.
- 03
Use the Music8 ecosystem to increase visibility, engagement and reach.
Music8 accounts, Console access and the products above are being rolled out in stages. Where a capability is still being introduced, we say so on the relevant page rather than implying it is already complete.
